Yes. The data is protected just like on the website because we use the secure ČSOB payment gateway.
No. Your device must be connected to the internet (mobile data or wifi) if you want to send parcels, track parcels, or find the nearest Balíkovna.
Currently, the application does not display archived parcels that have completed their lifecycle. Active parcels will be displayed in the application when the status changes. New parcels will be displayed automatically.
